Joe Pat Propes passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021. Services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, November 20, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home, with Rev. Roy Marshall officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, November 19, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home.
