I belonged to Waco First Presbyterian years ago; Ray was a person one could be proud to be; so were his first wife and his parents. I didn't know his current wife. I moved from Waco to Austin years ago and I always missed the Perry family on Sundays at Waco Presbyterian. Ray will be missed in Waco and the world but he will certainly make Heaven his new home for eternity.

Cynthia and family,
I extend my condolences to you and the family in Ray's passing. It was my pleasure to be in Rotary with Ray, and I had the privilege helping him with his wardrobe needs. He was humble and a gentleman. Ray was a blessing to the Waco community! May God be with you during this time.
