We were fortunate to know a Wally and Lila. Every conversation with Wally the last few years was always his story of the service and how lucky he was to have his wonderful wife, Lila. Sometimes it was hard for him to talk about her because he missed her but most of the time she was in our conversations. Everyday they would make a copy of the crossword puzzle in Waco Tribune paper so they could see who could finish first. One of our last visits with Wally, he had tried to work the crossword puzzle in the paper. James asked him about it and he smiled and sad it was too hard. Every time Wally would come by the office, you could tell if he was going to stay awhile if he would sit down otherwise if he stayed standing, you could be sure he was coming and going in a big hurry. We miss Wally already. Thank you Wally for the endless stories you shared
