Kim Renee Stuart, 63, of Wahoo, NE, entered into rest on Monday, September 16, 2024 at the Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha, NE. She was born May 14, 1961 in Seward, NE to Robert and Shirley (Hershberger) Stauffer. She attended school at Seward Public Schools and went on to further her education. On March 27, 1993, Kim was united in marriage to Kurt Stuart at the First Presbyterian Church in Wahoo, NE and this union was blessed with three children. Kim had a career in banking for over 40 years. She worked at Union Bank in Lincoln and Wahoo, NE for over 25 years and the last ten years at Frontier Bank in Omaha, NE.

Kim loved life and she had a great love for Jesus. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, playing pickleball and watching Husker volleyball.

She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Kurt Stuart; children, Danielle (Nathaniel) Smith, Amber (Bryan) Dutcher and Brook (Brooklyn Romine) Stuart; grandchildren, Georgia, Emersyn, Avery, Nora, Hattie and Abraham; special friend, Lori Gerking; father, Robert Stauffer; mother-in-law, Marie "Oma" Stuart; siblings, Rick (Wanda) Stauffer, Mike (Sherry) Stauffer and Tami Coffey; sisters-in-law, Jutta (John) Nollendorfs, Mariechen (Mike) Chvatal and Sandy Savas; many nieces and nephews along with other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Stauffer; father-in-law, Dale "Opa" B. Stuart; brother-in-law, Kent Gerking.

Funeral Service was held Friday (9/20/2024) 10 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 981 W. 15th St., Wahoo, NE. Visitation was held Thursday (9/19/2024) 5-7 p.m. at Svoboda Funeral Home, Wahoo, NE.
