Of Stephens City, VA, died Saturday, September 6, 2003. Mr. Kinney was the son of Steven F. Kinney, Sr. and Colleen Traynor Kinney. He was a 10th grade student at Sherando High School. Surviving with his parents are paternal grandparents, John and LaDonna Martin of Lancaster, VA; brothers, Steven F. Kinney, Jr. and Lane Kinney, and sister, Kaitlyn Kinney. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 10, 2003 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Winchester, VA. The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the ENDERS & SHIRLEY FUNERAL HOME in Stephens City, VA (540-869-1563). Memorials may be made to Children's National Medical Center, 111 Michigan Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20010-2970.
