Peacefully passed away on March 21, 2024. Married to the late Valentine Rogers who preceded him in death in 2008. Father of Nancy Burton, Ronald, Richard, Ingrid and Keith Rogers, Dot Walker, and Susan Green. Mr. Rogers will lie in state at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church 2015 Rhode Island Ave., NE, Washington, DC 20018 on Monday, April 1 from 10 a.m. until Mass at 11 a.m. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Francis De Sales Church. Arrangements by McGuire.
