On Thursday, May 12, 2016, ANNA W. RUTNER of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of Jack L. Rutner; devoted mother of Heather (Michael Plotsker), Torin (Juliet), Bracha (Josh Muskat) and Erica (Justin Zisquit) Rutner; dear sister of Edith (Steve) Bayme and Julia Weinberger; loving grandmother of Jared, Elana, Chana, Jacob and Rachel Rutner, Jessica, Justin, Darby and Haley Plotsker, Ezra, Adira, Shai and Aden Muskat and Jaden and Gavin Zisquit. Funeral services were held on Friday, May 13, 2016, with burial in New York. Shiva will be announced. Memorial contributions may be made to Shomrai Emunah Nursery School, 1132 Arcola Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20902. Arrangements entrusted to TORCHINSKY HEBREW FUNERAL HOME, 202-541-1001 (endorsed by The Rabbinical Council of Greater Washington).
