Pastor Maurice Cornwell

I thank God for being able to call him pastor for a period of my life, when I needed to have a father figure. He, with open arms, welcomed and accepted me as a son. My prayers continue to go out to Mother Conward and the rest of the family, especially my friend Bruce, who first introduced me to Bishop Conward (and family).

We are so sorry for your loss. We loved Pastor Conward, but God loves him best and decided to remove him from his pain. He was not given to us, God loaned him to us to be a husband, a dad, a grand-father, a teacher, a friend and to fill the many hats he wore so graciously. His season here on earth is over and we are left with grief and pain; be strong, hold on to the wonderful memories he left us. Remember weeping endures but for a night and joy comes in the morning. May you find peace and strength during your time of need and always…Be blessed.
