BARBARA JEAN McCRAE
On May 2, 2011. Beloved mother of Ronald, Curtis, Vernon, Michelle, Tyrone, Bernard, Renee, Dwayne, Kimberly, James and Joseph. She is also survived by her sisters Margaret, Brenda and JoAnn. Services will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, Viewing 10 a.m., Service 11 a.m. at Garden Memorial Presbyterian Church, 1720 Minnesota Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20020. Interment Harmony Memorial Park.

I cannot believe it has been 11-years since you got your Beautiful White Wings, it seem like it was just yesterday, OH HOW I MISS YOU SOOOOO MUCH, your warm embrace, sweet smile, crazy sense of humor, your laughter, and most of all your LOVE, I hold all of your memories so close to my heart, not a day go's by that I don't think about you and wishing you were still here. I know this to be true ASBENT FROM THE BODY MEANS YOU ARE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD, and one day I will get to see you again, so until then continue to REST in HEAVENLY PEACE.

I would like to send my condolences to the McCrae family. I am sorry for your loss. Please maintain your strength during this time of sorrow. Grandma McCrae is with her heavenly angels, and will continue to watch over all of us.
Bernard's daughter Logan McCrae loved her grandma will all of her heart. I know that she will miss her dearly.

Dear Mom,
It's Mother's Day and you are not here,
I just thought I'd say I love you and we miss you dearly. I will never forget our talks, conversations on the phone, this is the hardest thing we've ever had to do.
I know you'll always be with me wherever I will go, no one needs to show me because I will always know.
I don't know what to do Mom I never thought I'd loose you,where I'll go from here I still don't have a clue.
I hope you'll watch over me be my guiding light, giving me the strength I need to win this endless fight.
You're my guardine angel Mom, sitting on my shoulder whispering your words of wisdom to use as i get older.
I don't want to say goodbye but we'll meet again someday, we'll pick up where we left off before you went away.
