BEVERLY CONWARD Obituary
BEVERLY JEAN CONWARD
Beverly Jean Conward, 59, passed away Friday, April 27, 2018 at the Holy Cross Germantown Hospital in Germantown, MD. She is survived by her husband Robert; son Derrick (LaToya); daughter Crystal; grandchildren, Jacobi, Jailyn, and Jaxson; and mother, Mildred Frazier. She was predeceased by her father, Richard A. Frazier and her sister, Cynthia Frazier. Funeral services will be performed by Bishop J.C. Richardson, Jr., at the Inter-Denominational Church of God in Gaithersburg, MD on Friday, May 4, 2018, viewing at 10 a.m., and funeral beginning at 11 a.m. Interment Parklawn Memorial Park. Bishop Conward: I remember meeting you and Lady Conward through our loving friend Mother Bradley. I remember coming to fellowship with New Life; Pastor Lenzy preaching and our hanging around after church was over. Lady Conward was a beautiful woman of God. She did not mind sharing her testimony on some of the trials she had been through; but most of all proclaiming VICTORY. Today as you celebrate her life -- I know you are so grateful that this wonderful woman was your wife. May Lady Conward rest in peace. May your weeping endure for a night. May you find joy in the morning. She was such an angel of light. May the Lord God bless you and your family. May He wrap His loving arms around you all and hold you tight. May He let you know that in the morning - in the sweet by and by - EVERYTHING WILL BE ALL RIGHT.

Although I had just recently met you thru our mutual friend Doree, I felt as though you were a friend of mine also. I will never forget the first time we met and we discovered that we were both named Beverly Jean and that your last name started with a C as well as mine (ie. BJC). Nobody but GOD meant for that meeting to happen. May GOD keep your family in HIS loving arms.

It was a shock to hear the news of Beverly's passing. I am honored and blessed to have known Beverly when we worked at NIST. She was a truly lovable and kind person whose soul now rests in the everlasting presence and peace of God. May God bless and comfort you and your family during this time of grief. Cousin Bev, you had such a warm and endearing spirit. We mostly saw each other with years passing between, but always hugged tightly upon reconnecting again. Last summer we sat at Bohrer Park while at a family celebration, you gave me travel and timeshare advice. I am so happy we shared that time together. When it was time to go, you looked at me and said, I feel like your Auntie, not your cousin. I knew exactly what you meant, as I feel the same. Rest in paradise, Cousin Bev. You will be greatly missed and always remembered.

Beverly will be greatly be missed. I remember as a little girl, Beverly would take Patrice, Marleen (her sister) and myself to hains point for picinics. I remember living on third st in NW having snowball fights with the neighborhood. Even as time pass, whenever she would see you she would give warm hugs and her smile will never be forgotten. I love First Lady Beverly! Bishop Bob, Derrick and Crystal you guys where very LOVED! You will always be in my prayers.

Beverly! You will be truly miss! especially your genuine smile and your sweet spirit. I can remember when we first met in the early 80's, you always gave me good wisdom about the work place and the life obstacles they may come my way. I thank you for that, and I am glad that I was able to thank you while you was still here on earth, as a matter of fact (two weeks prior to your transition) This is a deep shock to me, But God! He will call us for whatever reason He wants and we must go........ Beverly I will continue to love on your family especially your one and only daughter Crystal...Who misses you very dearly, but she will be just fine, with God presence oh so near, until then Rest Easy until we met again.....
