BONITA GAIL HUBER
Beloved wife of Fred Lawrence Huber, died on October 23, 2013, their wedding anniversary, after a long fight with cancer. She was 63 years old. Born in Washington, DC, she was raised in southeast DC, and was a long time resident of Fairfax, Virginia. Mrs. Huber received a secretarial degree from the Washington School for Secretaries. After secretary school, she worked for several lawyers and law firms specializing in patent law. She became an intellectual property firm manager, a renowned trainer of patent law administrative procedures and advanced legal secretarial practices for over forty years. During her life, she enjoyed many activities with her husband, family, and friends including golf, boating, fishing and travel. She will be remembered for her nurturing of family, friends and colleagues; as well as an overwhelming willingness to help others. Mrs. Huber will be missed by her loving husband of 42 years, by her brothers Butch and Steve Hartzog, her sisters-in-law Patty Ward, Donna and Pam Hartzog, her mother-in-law Eileen Amole, many uncles, aunts, cousins, two nieces, three nephews, one grand-niece and one grand-nephew. The family will receive friends at the EVERLY FUNERAL HOME, 10565 Main Street, Fairfax, VA 22030 on Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 11 a.m. until her Celebration of Life Service begins at 12 moon. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donors choice.
