baker CHARLES L. BAKER On Thursday, November 1, 2007. Husband of Jacqueline Norris-Baker, beloved son of Lucille M. Proctor, stepfather of Janice, Anitra, and Kenneth Baylor. He is also survived by two brothers, two sisters, other relatives and friends. On Thursday, November 8, friends may visit with the family from 11 a.m. until time of service at 12 noon at Reid Temple A.M.E. Church, 11400 Glendale Blvd., Glendale, MD. Interment private.
