I always remember how energetic and full of life Charlie was. I worked with him and for him at Chemical Waste Management and he was mission-driven and always optimistic which was inspiring to me. I was sad when I found out of his illness. I last saw him when he was operating the coffee kiosk in Ballston Commons Mall. He had a serenity and a graciousness then that impressed me.

Charlie will always be an inspiration for me to be optimistic in all life circumstances. Best wishes and condolences to Michelle and Charlie's family, relatives and friends,

Sincerely,

Jim Beard
