Dr. Hall, Dr. Hall, Dr. Hall. I just found out that he had passed and I am overwelmed. He was one of the few at APRA that genuinely cared about the people who struggled with addiction. What a great man!!!

I just learned of the passing on of my best friend. I've been a patient of Dr. Charles L. Hall since High School “77”, he delivered both of my daughters. We could go for months or years without talking but when we did we would talk forever. My condolence to the Hall family” Dr. Hall” as I always called him will be miss.

I will truly miss him as will al persons suffering from addiction whose life he saved. Heaven shines brighter with his presence. My sympathy and support is with his beloved wife and family.
