TO Sharon and the family. It is hard to believe Chuck has been gone seven years. I often think of him and miss his kindness and sense of humor. I will always remember him for the good work he did in his chosen careers. Life was simply more fun, both personally and professionally, with Chuck around. God's continued rich blessings to all who had the privilege of knowing this fine man.

I am blessed to have been able to call Chuck a friend. He was a gentleman, a tireless student of human behavior, a gifted teacher, a wonderful humorist, and a great American. Ours is a better and safer country because of his dedicated service. He always made you think, always made you laugh, and always made a lasting impact.

Sharon and family. Too young; too soon; too hard to accept Chuck's passing. His quick wit, engaging smile, friendship and almost larger-than-life persona will be sorely missed. May God comfort and help heal the hole in your heart.

We were so fortunate to have known Chuck for 20 years. He was a true blessing, a wonderful friend and his departure will be forever felt. Heaven has a wonderful new angel but he will always be remembered. All our love. Gene, Nancy, Patrick and William

I have known Chuck since 1963 when we competed against each other in track. Chuck at Baylor and me at Texas A&M. We both were classmates in the Ph.D. program at Baylor and I completed my program a bit before Chuck and we both served at the CIA. He was a friend for whom I have many fond memories and remember much laughter. I am reflecting on all the things we shared while we were getting our Ph.D.'s. I am saddened to hear the news of his passing. His friendship enriched my life and I will remember him with great affection. He was a remarkable and capable man. John R. Fulkerson
