Of Reedville, VA (Sherwood Forest Shores), passed away on June 28, 2004. He retired from the FBI in Washington, DC and was a World War II veteran. He was preceded in death by his son, Charles Larry Spindle. Survived by his wife, Dorothy Spindle; son, Wayne Spindle and wife Mary of Lorton, VA; sister, Margaret Goheen of Reedville, VA; brother, Robert Spindle of Reedville, VA; and four grandchildren. The funeral service will be conducted on Friday, July 2, 2004, 2 p.m. at FAULKNER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, Burgess, VA with burial to follow in Northern Neck Memorial Gardens, Callao, VA. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 1 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
