CHRISTOPHER BARTLETT Obituary
CHRISTOPHER DEERING BARTLETT (Age 53)
Of Frederick, MD, died unexpectedly on Friday, February 8, 2013. He was the devoted husband and everlasting soul mate of Chrissie A. Bartlett, loving father to Westly D. Bartlett and Bailey C. Bartlett. Son of the late Fred D. and Maryllis Rieger Bartlett. Brother of Melinda Fox, Rick Bartlett and wife Angela. Brother-in-law of Shannon Allcock and wife Ann, Stephanie Rico and husband Vincent and Jeff Allcock and wife Robin. Son-in-law of Harry M. and Marilyn Allcock. He is also loved and admired by numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, February 15, 2013 at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at Frederick Christian Fellowship, 10142 Hansonville Rd., Frederick, MD 21702. Pastor Janet Cregger will officiate. Reception will be held afterwards at the church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Christopher D. Bartlett Memorial Fund, PNC Bank, In care of Jeannie Fawley, 5279 Buckeystown Pike Frederick, MD 21704. Contributions can be made by mail or at any PNC Bank location. Dear Bartlett Family,
I am so sad to here about the passing of Chris. I met Chris at WVU during the Fall of 1977 when we were both Freshman. We shared so many laughs together. Some people on the path of life we shake their hands and get on our way. Others leave an impact on our soul. Although I haven't seen or spoke with Chris in many years the times we spent together at Dadisman hall at WVU will always bring a smile to my face. Damn, he was a great guy. God Bless all of you.

I have know Chris about 15 years and all the time I have know him he never said a bad word about anyone (except me Of course HAHA). I will miss you friend. I know you are in heaven making jokes about me right now, but thats ok. RIP I look foward to the day when we can meet again.
