CURTIS POWELL RABY
On Monday, January 26, 2015; loving and devoted husband of Robin Y. Raby; beloved father of Talaya Kelly and Ciara Raby. He is also survived by his parents John W. and Violet E. Raby; one grandchild, Maddisyn Tate; other relatives and friends. Mr. Raby will lie in state at the Westphalia United Methodist Church, 9363 D'Arcy Road, Upper Marlboro, MD on Tuesday, February 3, from 9 a.m. until Funeral Services at 11 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. I was shocked and saddened to learn about the sudden passing of Curt. I had known Curt since childhood; our fathers were longtime best friends. I still remember him accompanying our family to Orlando several years ago and how much fun we all had. I will miss him greatly. On behalf of the Lee family, I send the Raby family (particularly Johnny and Violet) our sincere and deepest condolences.
