D. DOUGLAS FRATZ
Of Gaithersburg, MD, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 27, 2016. Devoted husband of Naomi Richfield-Fratz for over 37 years; cherished son of Anna Mary and the late Donald H. Fratz; beloved father of Alexander Fratz and Erica Berilla (Michael); brother of Julie Fratz-Orr (Rich), Jeff Fratz (Tiffany), Mike Fratz, Steve Fratz (Tracy), Lisa Bonar and Shawn Fratz (Angela). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Kehilat Shalom, 9915 Apple Ridge Rd., Gaithersburg, MD at 1 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Nature Conservancy, (www.nature.org/donate). Doug was full of life and one of the most intelligent human beings I have ever met. Doug, Naomi and I lived in Cumberland E at Maryland,over 40 years ago. Rest in peace Doug. Say hi to Jerry Garcia for me. Take care Naomi!
