Many great memories growing up with Dan, swimming as youth through high school, staying in touch through his time in Illinois and in recent years as I was affected by medical issues. He was a source of inspiration and support. Deepest sympathies

was a great pleasure to know Dan the few years i did while i attended HS in Rockford.
geography separated us and many years since i had seen or spoke with him
we had many splendid times as swimmers together.

May God's promise found in John 6:40, of the hope to see our loved ones again, comfort your heart and give you peace, strength, and hope in the days ahead.

Dan will be missed every Sunday at the Falls Church Episcopal. I enjoyed ushering with him and spending time together in our monthly mens fellowship breakfasts. He clearly had a strong faith, and it makes me happy to know he is with God now.
