In remembrance of my friend and pal "Dan the Man!” We worked together for several years at GSA from 1978 to the time he retired. Over the course of these years, we have shared many laughs and joyful conversations. I really enjoyed his sense of humor and intelligent mind. It was a pleasure visiting his home and meeting his wife and daughters. It was never a time we talked that he failed to mention how proud a grandfather he was of his wonderful granddaughter. I remember Dan showing off how well he can speak German. As I remember my friend, I can hear him saying, “Hey PATHINA” always having something to say about something just to share conversation. I really appreciated his friendship and hope that Stephanie, Yvette, and Shanelle will join me in many smiles as we remember my friend "Dan the Man!"

Uncle Dan,
I love you more than you possibly could have ever known. Please continue to serve as my guardian angel in heaven as you did on earth.
