On Wednesday, April 23, 2003, of Los Angeles, CA. Devoted husband of Shalanda; father of Ebony Watt, Allyson, Shannon and Kara Proctor. Also surviving are his mother, Marie E. Proctor; four sisters, two brothers and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing Friday, May 2, 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Pomfret, MD. Interment church cemetery. Arrangements by THORNTON FUNERAL HOME, Pomonkey, MD.
