On July 4, 2007, DEAN EDWARD CARPENTER, of Clifton, VA, passed away in his Fairfax, VA, office. He is survived by his wife, Willow Dawn Carpenter; daughters, Sophia Alexandria and Sacha Viola Rae Carpenter; his beloved mother, Daisy Weldon, and brother, Gary Carpenter.
