DEREK DAY Obituary
DEREK LAMAR DAY (Age 47)
Derek Lamar Day of Washington, DC and formerly Hyattsville, MD departed this world surrounded by family and friends and went on to be with the Lord on Friday, May 20, 2016. He is survived by his mother Bernice B. Day; six siblings - Deborah, Antoinette, V''etta, Valora, John, and Charlene; 26 nieces and nephews, a host of family and friends. He will be missed by his pets. Home-going Services will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Allen Chapel AME Church located at 2498 Alabama Avenue SE, Washington, DC. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. followed by the service at 11 a.m.
