DeWitt Howard Obituary
HOWARD DeWITT TALMADGE HOWARD, III DeWitt Talmadge Howard, III, 67, of Washington, DC, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2009, from bladder cancer. He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Howard of Washington, DC; mother, Dorothy Howard of Stafford, VA; four children, DeWitt T. Howard, IV (Susan) of Hagerstown, MD; Tonja Everhart of Hagerstown, MD; Brian Howard, Sr., (Sherri) of Dumfries, VA; and Vaughn Howard of Washington, DC; and sister, Kathleen Howard of Stafford, VA. He also leaves eight grandchildren to cherish his memory. A memorial service will be held on April 11, 2009, at Lee Funeral Home, 6633 Old Alexandria Ferry Road, Clinton, MD. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be donated to Capital Hospice, 6565 Arlington Boulevard, Suite 500, Falls Church VA, 22042, Attn: Development.
