Of Roanoke, VA, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2003 at the Virginia Lutheran Nursing Home. She moved to Brandon Oaks Retirement Center in Roanoke from Rockville, MD. She was predeceased (in April of 1970) by her husband of over 30 years, Kermit S. Shriver Sr. and by a very special friend for over 25 years, Larry Ring of Rockville, MD. Surviving is her son, Kermit "Bud" Shriver of Roanoke and a grandson, Ryan Shriver of Richmond, VA.
