Fennell; brother of the late Helen M. and Sr. Mary Fennell, SND, Aloysius S., Jr. and Thomas Fennell. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren. Friends may call at the RAUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 8325 Mt. Harmony Ln., Owings, MD, Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where prayers will be said at 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Friday, July 23 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, West River, MD. Burial in church cemetery. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Hwy., Annapolis, MD 21401 or to the above named church building fund, 101 Owensville Road, West River, MD 20778.
