Mr. Kemp was a great man and will be missed by all. Someone we all respected and loved growing up as neighbors and friends with all Kemp kids on Brunett Avenue! My parents were close friends of Mary and Frank and we have many fond and funny memories of our times together. Thinking of all in the wide Kemp family circle at this time.
