George Timothy Byrnes

George Timothy Byrnes left us on July 16, 2022. He was born in Buffalo, New York on February 23, 1961. He was beloved by his entire family and friends: three sisters, one brother, five nieces, one nephew, 21 cousins, two Aunts and his Partner, Nancy Lord. He was friend to anyone in need.

The love of his life was the Ford Truck and the former Redskins. During his life he held various positions within the Ford family. He sold thousands of vehicles. He was the, "Best walk around truck guy in the business." This was his life as we will remember him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Burnzie, gonna miss you brotha...

I grew close with George when he was in Richmond. We were both huge Squirrels fans. We talked or texted almost everyday. He stopped texting me back and I wondered what had happened to him. I figured he had lost his phone therefore lost my number so the other day I googled "george byrnes ford trucks DC" and his obituary popped up. My heart broke.
I will always remember George and have him in my heart.
My heart goes out to Nancy and to his brother.
God Bless,
Bobby

I hadn't heard of your passing until recently. I shared the news with Mary and it was a gut punch. I tell you, George you are missed! Such a kind soul and made the work day better just because he was there. Rest in Peace Brother
