Gerald Ahnert Obituary
Gerry was born on September 9, 1954 in Riverdale, MD. He graduated from Laurel High School in 1971. Gerry was a two-time winner of the local TV game show It's Academic. He was also a graduate of the University of Maryland and went on to a career as a computer programmer.
Gerry is survived by his mother Christa Ahnert (nee Rath), daughters Stephanie Dunker (Jeremy) and Taryn Harris (Martin), brothers Peter Rath Ahnert (Giselle) and Stephan Manfred Ahnert (Mary), and grandsons Zachary & Eli. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Ahnert.
Service will be held on Wednesday, July 23 at 11 a.m. at Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A. 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel, MD 20707
All attendees are invited to a luncheon at Teppanyaki Grill immediately following the service - 14150 Baltimore Ave, Laurel, MD.
