Gertrude Abner Obituary

ABNER, GERTRUDE TAYLOR

Entered into eternal rest on January 31, 2003. Beloved mother of Mattie Florence Lipscomb, Margaret Elaine Abner, Geneva Theresa Lamb, Betsy Abner-Taylor, Tommie Lateef (Patricia) Abner and Acie Ray Abner, Jr; sister of Lillie Mae (Robert) Butler, Queen Esther (John) Pulliam. Also survived by eleven grand-children, two great grandchildren and adopted nephew Hubert Louis (Geraldine) Taylor and a host of other nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Friday, February 7, 2003 10 A.M. wake , 11 A.M. service of victory at the Tenth Street Baptist Church, 1000 R St. N.W., Paster A.C. Durrant officiating. Interment Ft. Lincoln Cemetery. Arrangements by Latney's.
