Grace Brooks Obituary
Entered eternal rest on Thursday, January 24, 2002 at her residence in Landover, MD. Beloved wife of the late Elmer (Mike) Brooks; devoted mother of Barbara Ricks, Bonita D., Gilbert R., Brenda L., Gayle M. and Gary M. Brooks. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, a host of great, and great-great grandchildren, three sisters, two brothers, one daughter-in-law, four sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family may call at the New Mt. Nebo Baptist Church, 7501 Walker Mill Drive, Capitol Heights, MD, on Tuesday, January 29, from 6 to 9 p.m. where family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 30, from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m., Rev. Robert R. Johnson Sr. officiating. Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements by SNOWDEN FUNERAL HOME.
