Gwen was a very gracious and thoughtful person. She always made you feel welcome in her home - going the extra mile to have on hand the little things that her guests liked. She went out of her way to help neighbors and friends - driving them to the doctor or the store, typing for them, and consoling them. She will be deeply missed.

Granny, we miss you every minute. Thank you for being an inspiration to Abby and I. You taught us to love life and to live every moment of it. You were a beautiful person who loved to dance and to paint, thank you for instilling those values in us. The last thing you said to us was " go have fun at camp", and Granny we had a blast, when we got sad thinking about missing you we remembered your words and smiled because that is what you wanted. Thank you for being a beautiful, spontaneous woman, you made us strong by being strong yourself. You are now in Heaven with Grandaddy Billy and your mom and dad and loved ones, jitterbugging and painting and laughing, and you are young and vibrant and healthy and at peace. We cry because we are sorry for our loss of such a beautiful soul, but we know that you are looking down on us and keeping an eye on us, and we love you so much.

My deepest sympathy. I was so saddened by Gwens passing. We had many happy memories.
