Dearest Family,
I learned of the death of Diane yesterday. Since then, many thoughts of our childhood have come to mind. Our walking to Charles Young; the many visits to each others homes. Just fond comfort feelings. Diane was a wonderful person from her very early years. Marion, and Junior and families, please accept our sympathy in your great loss of Diane.
With much love and warm regards, I send this message.

There will come a day when your tears of sorrow will softly flow into tears or remembrance.. your heart will began to heal itself.. and grieving will be interrupted by episodes of joy and you will hear the whisper of hope. There will come a day when you will welcome the tears of remembrance.. as a sunshower of the soul.. a turning of the tide.. a promise of peace. There will come a day when you will risk loving, go on believing and treasure the tears of remembering. My heart and prayers go out to Terry and your family. Mrs. Walls was a wonderful person just hearing her sweet and pure voice made me feel that I was safe and at peace. Always know when someone you loves becomes a memory the memory becomes a treasure. Terry you are not alone and you have family and friends who love and care about you. I will always be here for you.

Please accept my sincerest sympathy. I worked with Helen when she was the supervisor for Speech & Language therapists for DC Public Schools. Even through her struggle, she was always so diligent and steadfast in executing her duties. I will cherish her memory.
