HORACE JAMES SALDI (Age 94) Major, U.S. Army (Ret.)

Horace James Saldi "Ray", age 94, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2023 in Silver Spring, Maryland in the company of his daughters.

He began his second career in a leadership role within the Communications Department at the Library of Congress, retiring in 1990. In his retirement he enjoyed creating stained glass window hangings, woodworking, perfecting his golf game, serving as Secretary/Treasurer to the 15th Constabulary Reunion Committee, doting on his family and continuing his numerous house projects.
