Dr. Campbell was my dentist for more than 20 years. During that time, he became my friend. He loved to talk about baseball and politics. We shared stories about our sons. Over time, my husband and son became patients as well. A trip to the dentist felt like a family visit. We will miss him and we offer our condolences to the Campbell family.
