GITTENS JAMES PHILIP GITTENS, SR. Born July 18, 1952 passed away on April 6, 2009 at his Takoma Park, MD home from complications of diabetes. Memorial services were held on Monday, April 13, 2009 at First Baptist Church, 712 Randolph St., NW, DC. Rev. Frank D. Tucker officiated.
