Every time I go to Tacoma station the minute I walk in the door I will look to my left and there would be Butch. There was no one like him there will probably be no one like him now. Rest in peace soldier.

My condolescences to out to the family of Butch McAdams. It was my pleasure to know Butch during my coaching career at Sidwell Friends. Butch and I would have middle school Volleball against each other when he was at Maret School and I was at Sidwell Friends School. What impressed me most about Butch was is love for coaching and teaching student athletes to be competitors of character, determination and belief that they could accomplish anything they set out to do.
