JANELLE HOPE CLIPPER "Hope"
Departed this life on Friday, January 20, 2014 at Howard University Hospital surrounded by family. She was born in Washington, DC to loving parents Joseph Daniel Clipper and the late Evelyn Murray Clipper. She is survived by father Joseph Clipper; sister Juana Clipper; a longtime companion Frantz Lattimore; aunts, cousins and a host of close relatives and friends. Visitation Monday, February 10 from 10 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 15th & V. Sts., NW. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery. Services by R.N. HORTON COMPANY.
