Captain Overton
Brenda and I are deeply sadden to hear of your lose. Your wife was a wonderful leader to all the wives in the Flatley wardroom. It was a privilege to have known her and the support she gave all of us that served in Flatley.

Jack, It was with great sadness that I read of Lucy's death in the Times Union on line. Susan and I wish that we were closer so that we could come to Ocala for the service. Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. It's been a long, long time since we've had a visit. Please look us up if you are ever near Atlanta. I was thinking of you the other day when I was telling someone about how you used to beat me like a drum on every board game known to man. I've gotten no better over time!!
