JANICE DOREEN DENNIE (Age 79)
Peacefully on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at her home in Rockville, MD, originally of Ebensburg, PA. Beloved wife of Clarence G. Dennie, Jr. for 55 years; mother of Doreen Hinkeldey (James), Jeff Dennie, Rowland Dennie (Lynn), and Joanne Robbins (Sean); beloved Grammy of Katie, Caitlynn, Patrick, Connor, Maggie, William and Ryan; sister of Eleanor Stokes. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Friday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Celebration of Life at Christ Congregational Church United Church of Christ, 9525 Colesville Road, Silver Spring, MD 20901 on Saturday, December 3 at 2 p.m. Interment Private. Buddy & Family, I've know Janice all my life. She used to babysit all us Roberts kids when our parents went away, boy did she have her hands full with us. My first memory of Janice was in Dr. Reilly's office getting our teeth cleaned and having cavities filled. While this wasn't always a event we looked forward to, Janice was far and away the best dental hygienist ever. I sometimes think when she had us in the chair she was tempted to get even with us. We will dearly miss her and will always remember her and will keep you, your kids and grandkids in our thoughts and prayers.
