On December 29, 2002. The beloved husband of Sally H. He is also survived by four children, Jesse Jr., Gary, Anthony and Angela L. Jasper; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, one daughter-in-law, Dorothy; and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m., time of funeral service, on Saturday, January 4, at the Community United Methodist Church, 1525 Levis St., NE. The Rev. Dr. Alpha Estes Brown officiating. Interment Fort LIncoln Cemetery. Arrangements by POPE.
