John Glista Obituary
John had an impactful career of 35 years with Naval Air Systems Command, served as the national leader for Naval Aviation Subsystems, and received the Meritorious Civilian Service Award upon retirement in 2004.
Visitation will be held April 10 at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, 9902 Braddock Rd., Fairfax, VA 22032, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on April 11 at 11 a.m. at Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, 4401 Sano St., Alexandria, VA 22312.

We will all miss John dearly. He was a great friend and an even greater boss that I looked up to as a role model. I have nothing but fond memories of him. God bless his family through this trying time
