McGEEVER, JOHN (JACK) JOSEPH

Former Washington Post Employee

On Friday, October 4, 2002, age 64, at Casey House, Rockville, MD. Devoted husband of Dorothy Croyato McGeever; loving father of Karen McGeever Fash, Patricia McGeever Boyko, and son-in-law, Edward David Boyko. He is also survived by his three most precious grandchildren, Ashleigh Marie Cross, Lindsay Marie Fash, and Christopher Michael Cross. A Mass to celebrate Jack's life will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 12319 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2002. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to "Palliative Care", 600 S. Frederick Ave., Suite 200, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. Interment is private.
