Father of sons John (Sally) of Springfield, VA, Tom of Woodbridge, VA, Dan (Cathy) of Woodbridge, VA, and Terry (JoAnn) of Newport News, VA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren,; his brother Harry of Florida; 30-some nieces and nephews and exceptional care giver Le Emmons. He was predeceased by his wife Dorothy Hancock (2007); brothers Walter and Robert Moore and sister Anne Muttersbaugh. Jack generously donated his body to Georgetown University School of Medicine. Consequently, the family will hold a celebration of Jack''s life with a memorial picnic at Huntley Meadows Park, Alexandria, VA 22306 on Sunday, May 23, from noon to 4 p.m. (http:// www.fairfaxcounty.gov/parks/huntley/ ). After retirement Jack was a volunteer at Huntley Meadows Park and also an active member and past-president of the Brotherhood of the Jungle Cock, an organization which teaches the joys of fishing to youth. Jack''s main joy in life was fishing. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Friends of Huntley Meadows Park (FCPA-Huntley Meadows Park, 3701 Lockheed Blvd., Alexandria, VA 22306) or to the Maryland chapter of Brotherhood of the Jungle Cock (BOJC, Gus Day, 706 Orchard Way, Silver Spring, MD 20904) with Jack Moore in the memo field.
