My first memory of Joe is playing co-ed softball for Cabletron in the Herndon/Reston league. Fortunately, Joe was there to help field a team. Saying what a nice guy is was simply doesn't cut it for he was far more than that & the world a better place for having been in it. We feel your pain & deep loss as our hearts are oh so heavy too. We will continue to pray for his precious family & loved ones. May God keep you all in HIS loving care.
With deepest sympathy, Fran & Charlie Green
We would have attended his service but were out-of-town & just got back & heard the sad news.

How can I start writing memories about my little brother? Mine is a unique perspective that only an older brother would have. My sister Lynn and I will always cherish memories growing up in the Philippines, and later on in Northern VA as our Dad worked for the Philippine Embassy. I can start by saying that he was a loving husband of Diana, devoted father of Dominick (9), Francesca (7), and Isabella (3) and loving son of T.R. and F.A. Clemente. His legacy will always be his positive energy, outlook and outgoing personality. He was a man of strong and unwavering faith. He will always be remembered by family and friends. We are shocked and saddened by his sudden passing, but we are comforted by the fact that he is in a much better place. Rest in peace little brother.
