JOSEPH M. BAKER, JR. (Age 85)  
Of Annapolis, MD, died February 8, 2013 just two days shy of his 86th birthday. Joe is preceded in death by his parents Joseph M. Baker, Sr. and Julia H. Baker, his sisters, Katherine Shulmister and Julia Stewart. He is survived by his wife, Camilla Lacy Baker, of Annapolis, MD and their daughter, Susan B. Kalergis, husband Jim of New Market, MD. He is also survived by his first wife, Bernice Maupin Baker of Rockwood, TN and their children, Joseph M. Baker, III, wife Elaine of Edgewater, MD, Rebecca L. Baker of Odenton, MD, Cynthia Lynn Baker of Odenton, MD, Robert L. Baker, wife Grace of Great Mills, MD. He is also survived by five grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be offered at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 16 followed by a Life Celebration at St. Thomas of Canterbury Anglican Church, which meets at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 31 Rowe Blvd., Annapolis, MD. Memorial Contributions may be made to The US Merchant Marine Academy Alumni Foundation in memory of Joseph M. Baker, Jr. Class of 1947.
