Joseph Briggs Obituary

BRIGGS JOSEPH FREDERICK BRIGGS 1986-2009 On Sunday, February 15, 2009, JOSEPH FREDERICK BRIGGS, 22, cherished son of Frederick and Gloria Briggs; beloved brother of Marley. Also survived by brother-in-law, Jamie Wilkinson; nephew, James, and many other adored relatives and friends. Joe's gifts of charm, humor and his deep loyalty will serve to inspire us all. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, February 20, 11 a.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church, 12500 Clarksville Pk., Clarksville, MD, Howard County. Light reception to follow. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Seton Hill University, Scholarship Fund, Office of Institutional Advancement, One Seton Hill Dr., Greensburg, PA 15601.
