Joseph, I just want you to know that I would have been at your service had I known I asked God to continue to keep you with him as I know that you´re up there in heaven looking over everyone that you love your memory would live on and on for the times to come You were such a helpful and caring person I can´t thank you enough for entering in my life and being a listening ear throughout all my tears I know you used to say I was the late late show, but I will work on that this I know I know your daughter will miss you so much and all of your loved ones I know nothing in this world that you wouldn´t do for them You are going to be truly missed by all that had an encounter with you Rest in Paradise, my dear friend, Joseph Carter

May God's promise found in John 6:40, of the hope to see our loved ones again, comfort your heart and give you peace, strength, and hope in the days ahead.

Our memories of our cousin
Joe. He was a light for everyone with his smile and laughter. With Joe it was always family first with his daughters and grand children.
We were always getting updates with family photos and videos of all his visits with them. We could go on and on about this great sweet sole.
Rest in peace our dear cousin.
You will be missed.
Your Saint Louis family.
Auntie Joe, cousin: Yvonne, Future, Dorothy. Our love always.
