Coach T, Cathy & Your Sweet, Sweet Family, I have just returned after being on vacation and am reading about your loss. Just know that Ken and I are truly sorry we were not here for you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you now and will continue to be with you. If you need anything, give us a call. Mr. Joe certainly raised a fine son who along with his sweet, sweet wife, Cathy, did everything possible for him. Always remember you were there for him - he knew it and that is what really matters. Even though I never met Mr. Joe, I feel your loss just as if I had. God bless you today and .... Always, MaMa C & Ken Grindle

The Mr Joe & Mrs Trudy were very tight with my parents & our family. My brothers & I have many fond memories of going to Redskin's games with Mr Joe and seeing him on the field during alumni gatherings. Our parents bought a number of sweet Pontiacs from Mr Joe. And their kindnesses to our family over the years will always be cherished. Sincerest condolences from the Stevenson family.

I didn't personally know your dad. We, too, are a Georgia 'dawg' family. I'm sorry to learn of your father's passing. I lost my brother, Jerry Knowles (class of '62, an AVID Ga football fan, a couple years ago to Cancer. It still hurts but No matter our age, we never are quite ready for parents to depart.
